Chalet Ker Praet is a classic traditional catered Swiss chalet, set in its own grounds, located a short walk from the Place Centrale, Verbier’s centre. It is comfortable and spacious offering the perfect base for a stay in Verbier.

The chalet is ideal for large groups or families. Its 8 bedrooms, either twin or double and generous reception rooms, provide enough space and facilities to ensure a comfortable and relaxed holiday . Two large south west facing balconies provide stunning panoramic views over the Grand Combin and Mt Blanc ranges. There is a separate dining room for relaxed atmospheric dining provided by our highly qualified chef, and a sauna to ease away the days exertions.

The bedrooms are all well proportioned, making them suitable for adult sharers as well as for couples. The chalet has seven twin bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms) and a master double with en-suite. There are a further two separate bathrooms and one shower room (Total five bathrooms, two shower rooms).

Notes on pricings

Typically the pricing for "sole use" chalets are quoted based on the cost of renting the whole chalet, whilst large ski chalets that are not for sole use will usually quote their prices per person, based on 2 people sharing a room. Please note that whilst every effort has been made to accurately display the owners rental rates, mistakes do happen, and rates can be subject to change by the owner. Therefore these rates should be taken as a guide only. Final costing should be agreed and confirmed with the chalet owners direct.

Getting There

Chalet Ker Praet is located on Chemin de l'Eglise in Verbier. Upon entering Verbier follow the one way system along Route de Verbier-Station to the Place Central Roundabout, here take the third exit onto Route des Creux, Chemin de l'Eglise is on the left next to the big white church.

The nearest rail station to Verbier is Le Chable at the bottom of the hill from Verbier. The Grand St-Bernard Express runs to Le Chable from Martigny, which is the nearest mainline station to Verbier. Once at Le Chable, there is a bus to take you up to the resort.

The nearest airport to Verbier is Geneva, from where you can either get the train to Le Chable or a taxi transfer.
