ChaletGEM is a fresh and simple to use site - dedicated to helping private landlords market their properties throughout the year and across all seasons.

Aimed specifically at mountain ski chalets in Austria, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Switzerland, the USA and Canada for winter skiers & snowboarders, ChaletGEM gives your property maximum exposure to the very people who are looking for their next skiing holiday/vacation. The site can also be utilised for advertising your chalet during the summer months for mountain biking chalet holidays or chalet, walking holidays.

Advertising with ChaletGEM offers a highly cost-effective way of marketing your holiday accommodation to a global customer base.

Your Chalet 

Each property featured on ChaletGEM has a dedicated page, enabling you to fully describe your property and its features. You can of course upload pictures of your property, and include a breakdown of rental rates for the year or for each season if desired.

Update your Chalet

Our site has been professionally designed and engineered to be easy to use for chalet owners and holiday makers. It allows you to update your property at any time, as often as you need. It is easy to add your new property and update existing property pages - you can even submit your special offers in our Deal Box for those hard to fill weeks! When a special offer is highlighted in the Deal Box on your property page, an email is sent to all ChaletGEM customers who have signed up to receive our regular newsletter, with a direct link back to your property page.

No commission

We do not take commission on holiday bookings made through the ChaletGEM website. All rental reservation transactions are made direct between you and the holiday maker. All property enquiries from the site are forwarded direct to you, the owner, via email.

How much does it cost ?

Advertising on ChaletGEM is £69.00 should you wish to place an advert for a year.   Currently Free for one year!

What next ....

First, you need to click on the 'Sign Up Now' link below.  Register your email address, chalet name, and create a Username and Password.  This will enable you to access and use the ChaletGEM site.

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email acknowledgement.  This email will contain a link to the Maintenance section of the site, click the link, then log in using your Username and Password.  You will now be able to input your chalet details, including uploaded photographs, floor plans etc. and create your chalet advertisement page.

When you have completed your input, click Submit to transmit your details to the site administrator.  Once these details have been reviewed and checked by our team, they will be uploaded live onto the ChaletGEM website. 

If you have more than one chalet to advertise, each chalet will require a separate registration.  However, it is possible to register more than one chalet using the same email address.
